Argent is currently the only Authorized Inspection Agency (AIA) that is a South Carolina business, and one of the few that is an SBA certified Small Business. Argent was formed in 2006 as Bennett-Wicker Services by Craig Bennett. Craig formerly managed the Navy Southeast Region Inspection Program for Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC). In 2012, Bennett-Wicker Services became Argent Inspections, and the company has provided inspection services throughout its existence. Argent serves many customers in different sectors such as hospitals, schools, churches, hotels, industrial sites, transport companies, dry cleaners, military installations, and government buildings. Argent specializes in helping our customers, whatever their level of technical understanding, to understand what it takes to maintain and operate their equipment in the safest and most efficient manner possible.
